ORDERS

Double M Feed will process, pack and ship your order.  Please inspect your package when it arrives for any indication of damage.  If you believe the product(s) to be damaged,  DO NOT accept delivery and it will be returned to us at no charge to you.   All other deliveries returned must  be previously approved by Double M Feed and MAY be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  

It is the intent of Double M Feed to make your online shopping a pleasurable experience.  We realize the importance of receiving your order reasonably on time and will make every effort to do so.    There will be no backorders.  If in the unlikely event your product is not in stock,  you will be notified by email to reorder.  Any special requests for shipping will be handled by telephone (1 - 504 - 835 - 9800) or email (jed@doublemfeed.com).  

UPS SIZE / WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS

UPS has restrictions on the size of the package shipped:

 "No service shall be rendered in the transportation of any package or article weighing more than 150 pounds, or exceeding 108 inches in length, or exceeding a total of 130 inches in length and girth combined."  *

UPS will automatically consider packages over a length and girth of 108 inches a 30 lb package and charge accordingly even if it weighs less than thirty (30) lbs.  Similarly any package between the length and girth of 108 to 130 inches will be a charge of a 70 lb package.

 UPS RATES

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service.   After you have elected to "checkout",  you will be prompted to select the type of UPS delivery service you want.   You have the choice of numerous  types of services  starting from "Next Day Air" through "Residential Ground Service" and these services will display their current rates.   The shipping charges will be automatically added to your shopping cart invoice.      No International Orders Please. 

Orders customarily are shipped within 48 hours of receipt and will take approximately 1 - 7 business days for you to receive it depending upon your location.  

SALES TAX

Sales tax will only apply to orders shipped to the state of Louisiana.  This will also be automatically calculated and added to your total.
